I have Skoda Fabia II 1.4TDi 51kW, 2009. My problem is that, there goes a cold air somewhere from the area of accelerator pedal area. Even when the car is warm, I'm cold on my feet. From the regular heating vents their is weakly hot air, but not so hot as from the middle vents. Any idea?

Do you have air conditioning on this car? If so. (Probably) Is it the manual type, climatic or the electronic type, climatronic? 

They operate differently so may be different faults. 

However, did you own the car from new or recently buy it? I am trying to see if it ALWAYS had this issue or if its a new problem or if you are not sure as you just acquired the car. 

 

Without any more information, I am guessing that the system that changes the air flow position, is not functioning correctly. If cooler air was supposed to come from any given vent, even when the temp is set to warm, it should be from the central area, near to your face. This would be to allow cooler air to breathe, keeping you alert, whilst having a warmer car.

 

This could then be down to flaps that move to duct the air or perhaps a duct falling off or becoming blocked, etc.

I have air condition and it is a climatic system.  I recently buy it, I dont know how it behaves before. Still there is colder in the area of legs :(
