The one i have seen is on Autotrader with a £2,500 asking price. Glasgow.

5+ Former Keepers, leaking radiator.

 

I wondered if anybody here owns this one, or if they have in the past and it was a much loved vehicle. 

 

Personally i would not touch this one with someone else's barge pole, but it could be a good project car. 

 

   (I actually have Plastics from a Fabia Mk2 Scout for when i build a vRS Estate Sleeper, Pale Blue Metallic wrap , Steel Wheels, Wheel Trims, Scout Badges, Stage2, but not going to be with this one as a starting place.)

That the one the rear bumpers a bit of a mess? Got it sent to me it the other day. I've clocked a few around the 3k mark.....High mileage though. My mate's selling his that's forged  for 5k.....Go on.

Be careful with that expression "Clocked a few"! Might be seen as an admission of adjusting the mileage to a lower figure then previous! 

I took it to mean looked at or seen,  ie I just clocked a policeman down there, rather than adjusted the mileage.

Yeah i’ve “Seen” a few online lol! I’m sure there’s a guy on the mk2 Facebook page on 115k with original engine, gearbox and clutch.

Yeah, thats the meant term, I just threw in a curve ball for fun!

 

Also a bit coincidental you mentioned "Clocking a policeman"< Though as a comparison! Guilt complex?
