How does the grill access panel remove on a 2113 face lift model, if indeed it does need removing to to replace the bulb?

Hi, grip the Fog light grill surround by the end towards the centre of the car. Pull sharply and the grill will come away, you will notice when removed that there is a location tag at the other end. To replace, put tag end in and push right hand of grill to lock the grill in.
