Hi guys, I've got an octavia 1.9 tdi pd 4x4 

 

It's recently had a new clutch and dmf, just wondered if anyone knows what the limit of the stock setup is before I start tuning it?

It's unlikely you'll map the 1.9 TDI to a point where the life of a brand new DMF is going to be noticeably affected.

 

What are you thinking of having done?

Thinking of a bit more than just mapping.

 

Probably turbo, injectors and 150 head bolts.

 

200ish BHP would make a nice road car.

As an idea for a "mere" 130-140bhp remap. Mine has done 140k on the same DMF and clutch and is still happy.
