Skoda Octavia fault code 01044

Hello 

Need help to fix rear left door so since had car the window always opens and close opposite to what you press on either drivers switch or rear left door switch.

My car 2007 

Had to deactivate auto rain closer as found come back to car and rear window down.

I ran a scan using a friends snap on obd scanner and fault code 01044

Ran accuroter test and when window regulator was tested work still opposite.

So question is to people out there with vcds can you recode window regulator to open the other way and if anyone in Oxfordshire with vcds could code as also few other thinds want coding.
