Wife used the Karoq last night and the central screen just showed a clock face ticking away. Touching any of the buttons didn’t change anything.

Anyone have any idea what’s going on.

So when you said touching any of the buttons didn't change anything, you didn't touch the 'on' button 

Wife didn’t.

 

 I did!
