Hi guys - does anyone know roughly how long it takes to replace the turbo on a 1.6 TDI Fabia? Looking to help a friend out but need a time scale to work with.

Couple of hours when mine was changed. 

It’s abit of an awkward job to be fair, if your both doing it for the first time it’ll probably take you the full day casually working to remove and refit a new turbo.
