Radio too far into housing ...

cjI got really mad with my radio one day as the volume wouldn’t mute when I needed it to, so I gave it a good wallop, which made it push back into the housing.

 

any ideas how I can get it back to the front? Uploaded a rubbishy photo taken this evening
