Yeah its probably an old fashioned view. How many Skoda dealers do you have locally?

On the topic of extras. You need to be careful as it’s money down the drain. Little to No increase in future value with the extras. I always set myself a limit. Above that get a better car as standard which is always worth a fixed % of it's list price.

Within 20 miles, about 5 or 6 plus Vasstec who are better than all

off them added together. Just not for warranty work. 

I’ve used 3 Skoda dealers and Vasstec with my current VRS

Wow thats a lot of choice. Ive just checked, I have carlisle at 45 miles, dumfries at 70 miles and morecambe at 93 miles. According to skodas website where it measures as the crow flies the 3rd nearest is the isle of man!

Within 20 miles of me is Tyneside, Wearside, Darlington, Durham and Teesside! 

When my turbo failed I took it to Durham, didn’t get it from there. They were very welcoming, giving me a courtesy car immediately for two weeks.
