MK III front bumper protection

Hi again,

the other day when backing out of a parking spot that was sitting some 8 cm or so higher than the road my front bumper scraped the underside (both wheels "fell" at the same time causing body sag...)... I was severely annoyed but fortunately the damage is hardly visible, as it's mostly under it. However, that got me thinking if there is some sort of protection that can be used to minimize this damage, if it ever happens again? I've been looking around the net and the one the mostly pops up is this rubber lip that can be glued on, but I'm unsure how much protection this could afford... Does anyone know of any protection that is specifically made for the Superb?
