Featured Replies

Hi, does anyone know where you can buy black mirror covers for a Yeti pre facelift?

Cheers

Okey, after some extensive digging I think I’ve found a pair... but not thanks to Google or eBay searches... :dull:

Got mine from superskoda but that was for the face lift model,

Presuming that the mirror covers you have are undamaged and 'not black',

could you not remove them and have them resprayed black?

Absolutley, but I would like to keep the originals if I ever sell the car.

I found these glossy black ones after extensive searching, and these in matte black.

Now I'm having a hard time deciding, as always... But I think I will go for the glossy ones.

The bottom of the mirrors have a matte black plastic finish and I think the glossy cover would look nice as a contrast.

It would also look coherant with other elements on the car which has glossy/matte black details that are in conjunction with each other.

Btw, it appears that the black glossy mirror covers are painted with the original "Black Magic" color. Will this look weird on my Yeti?

I was hoping that the mirror cover would match the other glossy black details on my Yeti (see picture below).

Does anyone here own a "Black Magic" Yeti? If so, does the "Black Magic" color have very prominent pearliness look? Or is the pearl effect barley noticeable?

Is that not "Piano Black"?

@Urrell Yes, I would think so. But would the "Black Magic" mirror covers stand out if mounted?

My black bits look like piano black.

Mine had a metallic fleck in,happy days.
