Multidot retrofit

Hi guys,

I know I'm not the first to talk about this but I still have questions about this mod :

1) How do you get the speedometer out of the Fabia ?

2) How is the coding on VCDS ? Do you only have to check a Few boxes and change a few values or do you have to type a lot of stuff in ?
