Octy VRS roof spoiler and diffuser

Featured Replies

Peeps,

Stumbled across this VRS for sale and was wondering if anyone knows what spoiler and diffuser this has? Are these OEM or aftermarket parts? This sure does look smart and finishes off the estate rather nicely.

It's a nice looking mk2 fl..

Could you tell me if you would buy it or not ? I'm more concerned about dpf

Depends on what work has been done to it. I own one of these and my dpf has been taken out by the previous owner so no issues for me. I'd do a little search on here re the dpf for more info! My car is on 163k at present too.

If it's a face lift then will be a CR engine which were much kinder on there DPF's (Unless of course it's had the emissions fix)

Spoiler and diffuser are probably Superskoda items.

definitely aftermarket, I think they're off superskoda

Found them on there... Think the spoiler looks good - a future purchase me thinks :)

What do you mean CR engines were much kinder on there DPFs?

The PD engines were developed before DPF's so were never designed to work with them. CR engines were, so allowances were made in their design to make the life of the DPF easier.

Sadly I didn’t get this as the dealer was a .... but he said hold it until I arrived but sold it before i got there. Shame as really wanted it.
