This was in the news recently where a woman had parked on the pavement in this road and the police knocked on her door around 1:30am to tell her off and give here a warning. She was complaining about it.

 

I live on a street where every car parks like that and lorries struggle to get through when delivering. We used to have a bus come around the estate which you could flag down and catch. that gave up after there were so many occasions it couldn't get through. - Yet I have never heard of anyone getting a fine or even a warning here?
