Had this pop up today. Checked all the pressures etc. Is there a way to clear the warning without the standard headunit? I'm running an aftermarket one and don't want to have to change it all back 

Shouldn't you use infotainment to set new pressure? (after you have checked tires of course)

doesnt the aftermarket unit have a canbus connection? if not then just code it out

It does have canbus. I just can't find a setting on it for the tyres 

Does the after market head unit have an instruction manual?
