I just bought a used 5e and in the sales text it said heated steering wheel. But I can't seem to find a toggle in the car, so is it even possible and if yes where is the button for it?

If fitted it will be in the Air Conditioning Menu. It’s not often specified in the UK though so there isn’t much info out there.

Then he probobly just thought of something different, so it probobly dont have it

Doubtful if a 2013 car could have been specced with it.
