removing the roof liner...

Featured Replies

Hi all...found a few small drips of water in the passenger footwell today, (coming from the bottom adjacent to the door), so I assume its the dreaded pano roof problems. I have been busy googling some of the fixes but note it may require removal of the head lining?...but I can't find any clear instructions on how to do this. Just wondering if somebody who has done this can advise the best method....

Many thanks...

All the a b and c post trims off then grab handles seat belt and lights.

..well, I got "up top" first thing this morning, opened the sunroof (probably only the 2nd time its been open in the last 12 months), and poured a teapot full of water into the sunroof frame area. A good flow of water came out of the proper drain holes but absolutely nothing from the interior?  With the sunroof closed I can't believe the rain, no matter how heavy,  could have been more volume than a full teapot in about 5 seconds!?

...anyway I can't see how to remove the A or B pillars so i will just keep an eye on things and see what happens....

I found a good guide in this post in the pdf file at the bottom: -

There is also another thread here: -
