JJst found out about the extended area for charging in London. This will be  a right bummer for users of these roads they are usualy packed most of the day. Am surprised that my Octy does not meet requirments, thought it did as the web said anything after Jan 2011 will   not have to pay but went on the dvla site and it said we do not qualfy.
