Big end bearings

Soooo. After an oil filter collapse I'm left requiring new big end bearings (and possibly crankshaft bearings too).

Does anyone have the workshop manual for the 1.2 3 cylinder petrol engine and can tell me what thickness bearings I'd need/what clearances I'm looking for, torque settings for the cap bolts etc. ?

Car is a 1.2 3 cylinder made in 2008. Reg is AJ58 CXS.

Has anyone done the big end bearings on one of these? How difficult is it and was it successful?

Final question. Where have people sourced decent bearings?
