My car has got the engine warning light and the coil light on both in orange and the speed of the car is now limited

Get someone to read the fault codes; use a reader dongle in the diagnostic port, use a garage or best of all, look in the VCDS and Diagnostics section of the forums to find a map of members near you who are prepared to do this for you using VCDS software.

Unfortunately there is no way of guessing what it may be from just having two icons lit in the dash. There are two many possibilities.
