hi, anybody can help me, with a sugesstion, i have a skoda superb 2013, and the columbus system 3T0035686C, software 5279 H10, upgraded from 5238,   it is not reading the sd card,  card is formated fat32, 16gb, try another format for card, still no joy

Perhaps try rolling back to 5238 firmware? I was told no real advantage to the ones newer than that.

I buy the car three months ago, firmware 5238, upgrade to firmware 5279, maybe read the SD card, both firmware  not reading

5279 isn't a software I'm aware of. Are you sure that's correct? It's possible to modify a software to disable SD card reader, but I've not come across anyone who's actually done so or used it.

 

It's most likely though that the SD card reader is faulty.

 

In any event it's going to need further investigation.

Software 5274, sorry, upgrade from software 5238 to 5274, both software not read SD card

Ah, that's not too bad then. I was guessing Cyprus from your username and avatar.

 

You could sent it to me and I'll take a look for you. I doubt you'll find a cheaper repair service.
