Just had my citigo SE L a week and I love it...but Is there a way to use Google Maps or Waze which will allow for the spoken directions to come through the speakers when the phone is connected to USB and still use Spotify or be listening to the radio for example . The phone is question is an iPhone8. Thanks!

Have you tried using Bluetooth?

I have, but I also want to make sure phone is charging and sitting in the dock. Find it odd how I can’t just charge it as the app automatically connects.

Driving me mad!

It’s usually the newer phones which don’t work correctly with the Citigo, it’s like they don’t wanna stay with the times and move on.

I was struggling with the Skoda app for the Citigo (Move & fun app?) with a Samsung S8+, just kept crashing and wouldn’t open the app at all. however the previous Samsung (an S6) connected perfectly and also worked correctly.

I do however think the Citigo would benefit from a touchscreen Infotainment screen, maybe they could use the fabia’s?

My Samsung s7 works well with Google maps and Google play music via android auto.  All sound comes through the car speakers. I leave bluetooth switched on.

Managed to get it to work through Bluetooth when not charging via the USB connection in the phone holder, so I've bought a USB charger for the 12v socket. Having tried this out it works well but when you switch over the radio the Bluetooth audio on the maps falls silent and stops speaking - so Spotify it is!
