2005 mk2 Octavia 1.9tdi

Hi need a little help with mk2 Octavia 

Basically my brother removed fuse to immobiler thinking it was head light fuse and done this when car was started... now car wont start it will cut out after 2 seconds the yellow key light flashes.. I thought if I recede the key to the car (only one key) this might fix the problem but it didn't the key is fine. Now I'm thinking he might have wiped the memory from the dash clocks would this be right could I re code the clocks or would it be something else that could be wrong.
