Hi can anyone help ? My kodiaq back doors don’t unlock when I press the key fob , only when I open the driver or passenger door and manually unlock from the inside. I’ve only just picked up the car so wondering if it’s something I’ve accidentally pressed . All help appreciated- thank you ! 

Do they unlock if you press the open button twice? 

 

If so then look in the infotainment settings to change the personalisation.

It’s a setting you can change. Mine did that, but changed it on the display to open all doors with one click
