Vrs ongoing starting and running issue

Good Morning All 

Come to a dead end with my fault finding, so started out as a tfsi vrs had an engine swap to a TSI around 4 years ago - 25k

So the on going issue is as follows, intermittently the EPC light would come on and run rough, rev up and down on its own when in neutral, loose boost at 2k etc, you restart the car and the fault would clear, on Saturday EPC light came on but the car ran extremely rough so I cut it off, wouldn't start off the key unless you pump the throttle, when it does start it seems to only be on three cylinders, when you rev smoke pours out the back and petrol follows.

Scanned the car and no faults are showing for some reason.

Any ideas guys & girls ?
