i was just wondering what people thought of the level of service provided by vindis cambridge.me and my mate both have fabia vrs's and the level of service we have recieved is shocking.on one occasion i had new rear door cards replaced and when i got vehicle home i couldnt open rear doors,they seem to have a no care attitude.my mate had a problem with cd player not ejecting cd's intermittantly so when fault occured he recorded fault using mobile phone and went to vindis with vehicle sure enough fault was not there but they accepted video phone evidence and said they would order new radio.4 days passed still nothing so when he enquired about it the service guy told him that it was no fault found and deleted the job card.cars never semm to get washed when i asked why i was told that only paying customers get cars washed.what other experiences have other people had,yet when you read last weeks auto express driver power survey skoda dealers came second overall obviously not vindis customers ha ha.:thumbdwn: :thumbdwn: :thumbdwn:

you have no idea the endless list of gripes i have with Vindis's.

use the search function, I know i've made more than 1 derrogatory post about their appauling level of service.

If you're only willing to use a Skoda stealer - use the one at Little Downham or Downham Market - can never remember the name, FAR better level of service. They're interested in helping you rather than their commission.

Oh and never bother ordering a part from Vindis - you'll never get it.

Vindis are - well sorry if I said what I want to I'd be banned.

Lies. When I had my octy they tried to tall me servicing was at 10k - It was on variable

PM on it's way - but take your car to ALS Lock at little downham or Wings in Peterborough.

I too have had many a bad experience with them. I now use ALS, Wings or Pilling
