Have a 1.9PD 5MT Ambiente FL (2009) in India (RHD).

 

My passenger door is jammed. Can't open either from inside nor from outside.

 

Rest of the doors work fine. It was working fine and suddenly stopped working.

 

1) How do I get the door open?

2) What issues do I look for?

Got it to a local garage. 

 

The central locking mechanism was stuck. 

 

The door was dismantled and the mechanism repaired. 

 

Repairing the mechanism took 10 mins. 

 

Ripping the door apart and putting it back together again took 4 hours.
