  • Best is probably an Octavia as you don't need 4x4, and if you did an Octavia scout. 99% of SUV ownership is for fashion/poser reasons, most do nothing more challenging than mount a kerb at little prin

  • Hard to look past SWMBO Karoq SEL was £23,500 with the discount. Great allrounder wouldn't swap it after 16 months for anything currently on sale.

  • 2 Dacia Dusters for on-road, and a Suzuki SJ413 for when you actually need off-road?

Probably this Fugly one. Choices in trim and engines and available @ under £25,000.

As the latest Small CrossOver SUV to be available from the VW Group / Skoda in 2019 will this not be the car that What Car / Auto Express make Best Small SUV 2020?

UK spec's & prices. UK launch date?

The Skoda Scala looks a bit expensive. Hopefully there will be Kamiq that can be good value compared to the VW, Audi or even SEAT offerings.

I hate to mention it but 'BREXIT' @ the end October 2019.

Deal or no deal so 'OTR' Price for the UK will be a guess i guess for Skoda UK / Skoda Dealership delivering in 2020.

Carwow, or Drive the Deal etc will be unlikely to know either.

PS

I like the DRL's being off and indicators on.

^^^^

Skoda need to make a Trust Building Measure like a statement saying if you buy a 1.5 TSI Manual Kodiak we promise we sorted out the stuff that some other 1.5 TSI EVO Manuals are experiencing.

Nice looking car but like a lot of VW's the seats look awful and really let the car down IMHO.

It does appear to have a very short wheelbase.

As my father would say, "It's hunched up at the back like a he-ferret"

We need a bit of clarity of what the OP terms an SUV, as depending on who you ask will depend on what answer you get.

Are we talking increased ground clearance only?

Or does some off-road styling make the grade?

High profile tyres?

2WD, or 4x4?

If that VW T-Cross is an SUV, then so is the Ford Fiesta Active!

Rahan-Ray, yours for £950.

4 leg drive, environmentally friendly emissions. Tax and MOT exempt

Chipped apparently but performance gains and dyno chart not supplied.

I note that you were a bit tight on the option packs. No strap on Bum bag 🎒 catchment for environmental filtration of toxic  gases- methane and capture of corosive particulates that damage tarmacadum . Safety standard non compliant ,no seat belts for occupants or face filters. All in all then these essential options would take the on the road price too £25001.
