I'd be inclined to agree, especially as you're reliant on it and put in the miles 

I guess after the long wait it'll be that much sweeter when you do bite the bullet. Plus will have saved up all the monies for upgraded brakes, wheels, engine mounts, intakes, exhaust... etc
