Well 5 years and 70k miles and it's goodbye from me.

 

Loved my Skoda Fabia 1.6 TDI Elegance, but it's on 100k miles and spending recent weekends fixing coil springs and DFP flexi-pipes... the writing was on the wall. I've learnt a lot from everyone, and hopefully I've helped a few forum members along the way.

 

I'll drop by (you can take the boy away from a Skoda) and all that.

 

Still staying with diesel and VAG, and have opted for a 15 plate Volkswagen Polo 1.4 TDI Bluemotion with LED headlights, rear brake discs (coming from shoes and drums it's a novelty) and touch screen infotainment system.
