Has anyone remapped a Citigo, if so who did you use and did you notice a difference whilst driving?

A remap is really only worthwhile on a turbo equipped car which the Citigo is definitely NOT.

Naturally aspirated engines can only be encouraged to give a couple of bhp with a remap. They need cams, exhausts, the heads and ports reworked or replaced for more revs and more power. Old fashioned stuff.

 

Just make sure it is serviced to schedule, enjoy it for what it offers and save your money for something more suitable if the Citigo does not meet your requirements.

Some just want the difference between Ooo & Ahhh for a couple of hundred quid and declare to your insurer.

Some that have had a Citigo remapped might be along.  Best listen to their story and see what they say.

Thanks, I have actually read all these I was just wanting to make a new topic to get some newer opinions is anyone has done it recently. I know that the difference can be very small but its a great car that drives fun so a bit of extra fun can't hurt.
