Is anyone else having difficulties with Skoda Connect?

When trying to create a new destination on the Skoda Connect Portal the Map disappears and then I get an error message.  Also in the car I get a message that the on line service is temporarily unavailable.

It has been like this since Sunday

Spelling errors

My Kodiaq has also stopped updating the system for some reason. I can access the portal online but there has been no new updates from the car to the portal for 5 days now.

Took the car in for its first service today.  Still got no online service available before I left home but when I demonstrated to the Service Manager it suddenly downloaded a software update and became available.

 

Still can't create new desintations via tha portal but Skoda customer services say that it is a known propblem awaiting a software update sometime this week.

I deleted the car in the app and then re-registered it and it seems to have cleared the problem.

I used it a lot yesterday whilst preparing for holiday next week and had no problems at all
