I have a 7 month old karoq 1.6 tdi equipped with the auto light assist which works faultlessly, or at least did until the last couple of nights. I have noticed that when coming up behind traffic the lights dim as they should once the camera sees the tail lights of the car in front. So far so good. But when I'm behind the car for maybe 20 seconds or so they revert to full beam, I then have to cancel the auto function and can't use it again until the road is clear. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what the issue might be or has had a similar experience. Car is going in for it's first service soon so I'll get it checked out then. Faulty camera maybe?
