Fault code 001681 after engine change.

Featured Replies

Hi everyone . I had to had the engine changed after the cam belt  slip . Got the car back today so I thought I will clear the fault codes . After scanning I cleared all the codes but two remains number one is intake flap motor short to ground and the second is 001681 fan 1 control circuit short to ground.  I have tried plugging in an another intake flap motor to see if the code clear but it didn't . Also there is no gas in the air conditioning. Is that has something to do with the fault code or there is a fuse that could be blown ? I would appreciate any help  . Thank you in advance.

Hi  guys. I have solved the problem it was the fuse after all . Not easy to find out where it is  so  I had to take each one out and look inside the car and under the bonnet to find the one that was blown.
