Deleting Samsung Account From Phone

Featured Replies

Apologies if this is fairly obvious, but the consequences of getting this wrong may cost the price of my phone.

I recently upgraded to a Samsung S9 from an S7.  The best price I can get for my phone is via Game (£119).  One of their T&C's stipulates that I must remove my Samsung Account from my phone, failure to do so will result in them recycling the phone  Remove Samsung Account. I am pretty certain I have signed out of my Samsung Account prior to resetting the phone back to Factory Settings.

Since reading the above T&C's, I switched my S7 back on and where it states Accounts, neither my Google, nor Samsung Account is listed, it does have '+ Add Account', does that confirm I have definately deleted my Samsung Account from my S7, or is it a little more in depth than that?

Many thanks for your advice,

Fin

You're good to go Fin. 📱

P.S. Your Fuelly signature isn't working so you may want to remove it?

Just received an email informing me £185* will be going into my PayPal account within the next 5 Working Days.

*£119 for S7 and £66 for a 4 year S5!
