Which aerial and base. 2005 Elegance

I recently carried some scaffold boards on my roof bars and I think I've damaged the aerial.

Reception has never been great but it's really got worse since I had them on the roof.

I have retrofitted a Bolero, which has a dual to single radio adapter to fit my car. That shows the amp as still working but I'm sure I've read that it can be tricked into thinking that it's on when it's actually dead.

What is the correct amplified base for my year car? Looking on eBay shows a couple of different types on connectors.

Short of dropping the headlining to check I don't think vcds will tell me which is fitted?
