Drivers inside door handle.

Hi, my drivers door handle (picture enclosed) is protruding out. It still works fine (for now anyway). My question is this, is it a simple case of removing door panel and replacing the handle? And if so could anyone point me in the right direction of which part / parts to buy. Thanks all.  

Ps I found this little piece of broken metal on floor mat after it had happened.
