Considering purchasing a 2011 Octavia VRS 2.0T DSG, 70k with FMDSH. This would include having chains, tensioners and guide rails replaced as I’ve read a lot of posts with regard to engine failures. Has anyone got any advice (is buying one of these a good or bad idea!?) or is there anything else I need to be aware of.
