bought a new Karoq and found that car do not have navigation system so how to add afterward navigation. please help.

I just bought Karoq 2.0 TDI and 4x4. After drop at our door and I see that car do not have navigation system in the car. I know I can buy TOM TOM or Garmin or use iPhone or Android phone but I like to add Skoda original Navigation. Please help me.
