Apple Car Play Voice Commands

Featured Replies

Hi guys.

Just got a new skoda Karoq :)

I'm coming from a Peugeot 3008. When Apple Car Play was connected and working all I had to say "play song name"  and off it goes. It doesn't seem the case for the Karoq. Does this require a different way of playing a song using apple car play? Is there a specific command?

I think you have to press the 'mic' button?

Yes you press the mic button but what do you say then? Typically in my old car it would be just play song but in the Karoq I say play song name it looks for the nearest gas station lol

oh is it the case that the mic button on the steering wheel is not exactly set to use Apple Car play?

So how do I activate SIRI via the mic button on the steering wheel?
