Nox sensor

Featured Replies

Hi there Have a 2017, 1.6 diesel and only just have had new turbo fitted, reason I was given for turbo failure was a blocked DPF. I have also recently had a DPF clean.

The other day my engine management light came on stating Nox Sensor, I have had sensor retrained/reset but after 120 miles management light back on, the garage is telling me that it does not show the traits of being a faulty sensor. Can anybody tell me if the sensor is picking up something wrong with the car what can be done to fix it. I must say the car is still running fantastically at the moment

I assume all this was done under warranty?

I’m afraid not, because my receipts for two services did not list part numbers for items, and the staff at Parks Skoda in Hamilton especially the manager needs to be shown people skills. Any they wanted £3000 for the job that I just could not afford. And after customer services from Skoda called me today regarding my complaint the manager is clearly a lier as well

Don't know what to say to that, but something does not seem right.  Surely if it was serviced by Skoda they can tell by the invoice no what parts were supplied?

Was it serviced by Skoda?

No it was not Skoda, but should be okay as long as approved parts are used. I believe just another typical insurance type get out.
