Hi guys, i have a problem with my Skoda Fabia 1.2htp, the check engine light is on and i have the faut code p0171. Do you have ideea what it can be? Thanks and have a good weekend!!

I’d check the brake vacuum hose going from the inlet manifold to the servo. 

I have that regularly and just as regularly I reset it. Performance is not affected, mpg as normal and MOT test last week shows emissions, lambda etc spot on.

 

A cheap code reader is a good investment for peace of mind

Indicates an air leak on the intake.
