If there is going to be an outage be sure essential services are kept to TESLA Fast chargers, cut power to hospitals, and public transport like Tube and Railways...

Perhaps the 1 million people affected by the electric going pop was because it was too windy offshore for the turbines to cope so they switched them off hoping no-one would notice?
