Got a vibration at speed, feels more rear end as the centre console/Jumbobox wobbles side to side quite violently.

 

Had full hunter geo done, had tyres/wheels balanced, tried other wheels, no apparent play in bearings on any corner...

Worn shocks? disks? Hubs?  🤷‍♂️

I'm stumped.

 

Mk2 tfsi PFL for reference.

Fixings missing or loose, pull out ashtray and have a look, maybe someone was working on the handbrake adjuster.

 

When all fixings are in place and tightened it is very rigid and cant be moved.
