Turbocharger servomotor adaptation in 1.4 TSI 150 PS CZDA

Featured Replies

Anyone could advice me how to correctly adapt turbocharger servomotor in 1.4 TSI 150 PS CZDA by veryfing voltages with VCDS and moving the nut on th rod? Workshop manual for CZDA says the specific value is in the diagnostic device (VAS I suppose), doesn't mention one. What should be proper voltage range for this servomotor? And why I see info "Running|set of parameters not valid and fault at last change" instead of "Done|system OK" (or similar) while testing the actuator with VCDS Basic Settings? Which parameters does it refer to? Would resetting all learned values in Engine module fix this problem without creating other ones?
Maybe someone would be that kind and check in his own smoothly running CZDA voltages in Engine module for channels IDE03934, IDE03935, IDE04302 and IDE04303 when the engine is hot? I'd be very grateful.
