Using MDI port

Hi guys...I have a Fabia VRS with a 'Swing' radio/CD, and I want to start using the MDI input port, with a USB stick containing a load of MP3 music files. There seem to be dozens of different MDI/USB cables for Audi, VW, and others. You guys have always given me answers in the past so....which cable (and where from) do I need to make it all work please?
