Leaking water under the middle consol

Featured Replies

Hi guys

I have a problem in my car, that i just noticed 2 days ago. On the passenger side leaking some water from the middle console.

I did take of the plastic, and saw some box with plastic pipes around it, and looks like the plastic have a small gap(0.01 mm) but the water can come trough...

anybody else had, having the same problem?

I found this topic related, but not the same problem I guess:

Looks like the AC drain isn’t correctly fitted.

Agreed. Sounds like the condensate drain pipe.

Thanks for the answers. I have to go to the Skoda service today, so i hope they can check this..

I am having issues with the chrome door trims too (64E3 recall), even though they said, that this issue was fixed on the car 3 years ago...well not good enough...

Yup. Air con drain. Just had mine replaced. Dealer did it foc as goodwill cos it's not covered under warranty. A bit frustrating as I know it's not an isolated issue. I will be speaking to Skoda Customer Care about it

Thanks for the reply. I've just been at the workshop last week... They changed a gear assembly box 3 weeks before that, and they realised, that they broke /  missplaced the drain pipe, and that is why it was leaking. Problem solved (i hope so, wasn't so hot in the last 2 weeks, so i cannot test the aricon)
