Hi

 

I have a reversing camera fitted to my Fabia MK3 SE L Estate 2019 May build date

 

I am very happy with the camera with one exception

 

The camera shows a very clear view to the rear of the car with guide lines but on the left hand side is superimposed  car image which partially obstructs the view.

 

Has any one any ideas as to how the car image could be deleted?

 

I have looked at all of the menu options but could not find one that does the job.

I've no idea, but it is moronic. A symbol that distracts and adds nothing!

Hi I've also got the camera. The image you see is related to the parking sensors telling you there is an obstruction. If you turn off the Parking Assist (P button to right of steering wheel) the image will disappear but you will have no P assist.
