Interesting and potentially ‘very’ expensive one today !

 

Way home from work. Started engine and everything fine. Set off.

 

After about a minute notice something has changed.....

 

No display in instrument cluster.... Stop car and turn engine off. Leave for. Minute. No change.

 

Reset Columbus. No change.

 

Arrive home and leave for 20 mins. Try again. No display.... 

 

Anyone else had similar ?

As you were.... looks like it needed an hours rest.... now working !

I had the same a couple of months ago. 

 

Mine failed shortly after the start of a 20 minute drive to collect my son from school. Whilst I was waiting for him to come out with the engine off, about 15 minutes, it sorted itself out. Been fine since.
