Skoda Connect Android App issues resolved

Hi 

jive managed to sign in on windows  no problems   but when i try on my phone app it tells me wrong password, so i've changed it  deleted the app, cleared cookies& history  re loaded the app   Still the same issue  

and thoughts or a fix please
